Fassamano reading glasses announced to the Dezeen Awards 2018 design longlist 

A table made from flexible concrete cloth, a garment that could allow humans to breathe underwater and tableware made from food waste  and necklace reading glasses Fassamano are among 171 design projects that made the longlist for the inaugural Dezeen Awards.There were more than 3,500 entries for the first edition of our new awards programme, across architecture, interiors and design.The list will now be judged by a panel of designers and industry figures, including Benjamin Hubert, Paul Priestman and Mette Hay. The shortlist selected by the judges will be announced in August, while the winners will be revealed in a ceremony in London in November.Fassmano was selected in the category "wearable design".

A little overn nine months after its Pitti,( Florence)  debut, the new reading eyewear  brand Fassamano  makes it to New York women's S-S 19 hosted by the prestigious Apropo Studio showroom, in the Flatiron District.
Entirely made in Italy in the district of “occhialeria Italiana “ Fassamano brings style, design and hand made quality to reading glasses .Fassmano is elegant and ideal for reading in an instant message on the smartphone or the menu at the restaurant or a wine label.The  love for Tuscany, and beauty and fashion made  APROPO ‘s  visionary founders Uri Alter and his wife, Alessandra Alter meet with Fassamano’ s Florentine  designer and founder Ms Cristiana Vannini.

I Fassamano sono belli, e arricchiscono il look con un dettaglio davvero elegante e unico”dice  Jean Blanchaert, gallerista di arte contemporanea dell’omonima Galleria Blanchaert, situata nel quattrocentesco Oratorio della Passione annesso alla Basilica di S. Ambrogio a Milano.
